CONTRACTING
Selections have been finalized, pricing has been approved, and now we get to hit the ground running and get your business open.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Schedules take a lot of communication and require daily check-ins with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Outland strives to hit every deadline we set and to work with our clients on their move-in timeframe.
PERMITTING
Outland will coordinate and manage permit expeditors to help facilitate the fastest approvals for your project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
